Due to the collectible nature of TCG cards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or accidental orders.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• Wrong item received

• Damaged or missing items upon delivery (with proof provided within 24 hours)

Reporting an Issue

Please contact info@cardhaus.club with order details and clear photos within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
